Two exercises for breast enlargement

Women have found certain exercises that they can do either alone or in conjunction with other natural alternatives to enlarge their breasts. Breast enlargement exercises provoke a chest expansion that can help women to improve the appearance of their breasts.

The following two exercises can work to strengthen the pectoral muscles located in the chest so as to give breasts a firmer and higher look.

The first enhancement exercise is called pectoral press. A woman has to hold a five pound weight in each of her hands. Then, she stands with her knees bent slightly; feet should be a shoulder width apart and back should be straight. Elbows should be bent out to the side in right angles to body. Then, slowly she presses forearms, elbows and hands together. It is important that women do this exercise in front of chest and initiate movement from their pectoral muscles. After that, she should press arms slowly back to starting position. This exercise has to be executed in three sets of twelve.

The second enhancement exercise is modified push-up. First, a woman should lie on stomach, bend knees and cross ankles, place hands slightly in front of her shoulders and have her elbows bent. She should make sure to straighten arms, lift body so she is balanced on both her palms and her knees and keep body aligned from knees to the top of head. Then, she tucks her face toward the floor in order to have a straight spine. After that, she should bend both elbows in order to bring body parallel to floor and push up again. It is essential not to touch chest to floor. In order to achieve best results, it is advisable to repeat this exercise in two sets of ten times.
